Damaged or Defective Products
If any item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with:

We will replace or refund the item.
Returns
Due to the nature of candles and personal care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
We do accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item or want a different scent, unused products may be exchanged within 14 days. Contact us to arrange.
