Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing & Shipping

Thank you for shopping with Dew and Sage Studios.

All products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. During sales, holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit times.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our products and for the safety of all customers, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on:

  • Facial oils

  • Body oils

  • Lotions and creams

  • Lip care products

  • Soaps

  • Room and linen sprays

  • Candles

  • Any personal care, cosmetic, or wellness product

Because these items cannot be safely resold once they leave our facility, we are unable to accept them back for return or exchange.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, ingredient lists, and scent notes prior to purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Requests submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Handmade Product Variations

Many Dew and Sage Studios products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients.

As a result, slight variations may occur between batches, including:

  • Color

  • Texture

  • Botanical appearance

  • Wax surface characteristics

  • Natural scent strength

These variations are normal and do not affect product performance or quality.

Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible; however, screen settings and lighting conditions may affect how colors appear on your device.

Natural Ingredient Notice

Our botanical products may contain naturally derived oils, butters, waxes, extracts, and fragrances.

Natural ingredients can vary slightly in aroma, color, and appearance from batch to batch. These natural variations are expected and are not considered defects.

Customers who are sensitive to scents or specific ingredients should carefully review ingredient listings prior to purchase.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered.

Dew and Sage Studios is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages after delivery

  • Stolen packages

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier when applicable.

 

Agreement to Purchase

By placing an order with Dew and Sage Studios, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed the product description and ingredients.

  • You understand that all sales are final.

  • You accept that handmade products may vary slightly in appearance.

  • You have reviewed our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

  • You understand that scent preferences are subjective and are not grounds for return or refund.
